- Matched funding for Wellness Advocate projects;
- Disaster response;
- Co-impact projects
Through these programs people have access to tools to alleviate their distress and escape their situation.
Emerging Partners for Impact
The Emerging Partner for Impact Program aims to grow the impact and work of Australian and New Zealand based organisations in the following key areas:
- Anti-human trafficking;
- Reduce poverty and disadvantage reduction; &
- Anti-domestic violence.
Disaster Response
The doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation Australia and New Zealand support communities to:
- Urgently respond to disasters
- Recover in the short term after the urgent emergency response ends &
- Rebuild their lives in the months and years to come.
In 2020 the Foundation has supported two broad areas of disaster response.
First, we responded to the devastating bushfires over the 2019/2020 Australian summer.
Secondly, the Foundation have supported vulnerable communities and individuals to respond to COVID-19. More specifically, the Foundation is working with organisations with:
- Aligned objectives and issue areas of concern who are under strain due to the increased demand to their services and/or loss of revenue due to COVID-19;
- Australian charities, predominantly working in Victoria and NSW , who support groups at risk of or experiencing significant hardship due to COVID-19;
- Communities experiencing enhanced poverty or distress due to COVID in other countries in the region (Asia/Pacific).
Co-Impact Sourcing Projects
The doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation Australia and New Zealand plans to support community development projects in Co-Impact Sourcing areas in Australia and New Zealand in the coming years.
